We work in factories with a mindset of “Safety first, quality always,” pursuing continuous improvement. We operate in our local factory connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. **Description:** * Ensure maximum productivity, commitment, and ethical conduct of the team by encouraging and promoting continuous development (coaching), communicating area performance, and defining and monitoring the team’s qualification plan; * Prepare reports and analyze individual equipment performance, stratifying results by area of operation, as well as conducting an overall assessment of the facility’s equipment park performance; * Analyze reported labor hours, types of maintenance performed, and individual and collective maintenance team performance; * Contribute to meeting the department’s budget through rational use of resources. * Achieve results through synergy with operational departments; * Provide technical support to the procurement department in developing service contracts by defining scope and performance indicators; * Ensure resolution of recurring problems using failure analysis techniques and implementing developed solutions; * Ensure scheduled shutdowns occur as planned through critical analysis of maintenance work orders, tracking preparation and execution of services; * Review and validate work instructions, and promote qualification and development of maintenance personnel; * Review and validate maintenance plans aimed at increasing equipment and system availability and reliability; * Coordinate corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance activities; * Comply with and disseminate Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements by adhering to company-established guidelines and applicable regulations, as well as other management programs; * Develop maintenance policies and ensure alignment with best practices to achieve gains in equipment and facility reliability and availability; * Ensure new projects incorporate appropriate reliability and availability considerations; * Support and develop new suppliers of products and services based on market-leading technologies to optimize operational performance or costs; * Develop projects aimed at reducing natural resource consumption in the manufacturing plant, such as energy efficiency, water usage, etc.; * Be responsible for NR-10 compliance at the plant, controlling all related documentation—including electrical schematics, inspection reports, etc.—to meet regulatory requirements; **Requirements:** * Intermediate English proficiency. * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Technical certification in Electromechanics or Mechatronics is desirable. * Experience managing maintenance teams. * Advanced knowledge of automation and hands-on experience with automated equipment. * Familiarity with management and quality tools such as 5S, 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA. **We are proud to be a company that values individuals from diverse backgrounds—talented and committed professionals.
