Offline Media Analyst

**Job Description** We are looking for an Offline Media Analyst to join our media team. If you have experience in planning and buying traditional media, enjoy working with data, are skilled at negotiation, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include: planning and executing offline media campaigns (TV, radio, OOH, and print) from briefing to performance analysis; negotiating ad space and commercial terms with media outlets and suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Develop offline media plans aligned with client strategies; * Negotiate and purchase advertising space with media outlets and suppliers; * Create and update media maps and scheduling timelines; * Request, organize, and verify materials for campaign execution; * Monitor campaign execution and ensure proper delivery by media outlets; * Manage investments, deadlines, and budget allocation; * Verify insertion orders (IOs), authorizations, and invoices; * Prepare campaign delivery and post\-sale reports; * Support performance analysis and optimization opportunities; * Maintain active relationships with media outlets and partners; * Collaborate closely with Account Management, Planning, and Creative teams. **Requirements** * Experience in offline media planning or operations; * Knowledge of major traditional media channels (TV, radio, OOH, print); * Experience developing media plans and media maps; * Hands\-on experience negotiating with media outlets and suppliers; * Basic understanding of audience metrics (e.g., IBOPE/Kantar or similar); * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage budgets and timelines; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Prior experience in an advertising agency (preferred); * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. **Benefits** * Meal allowance (VA/VR): BRL 28.00 per workday * Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy: BRL 13.00 per workday * Health insurance * Life insurance * First\-degree education support: up to BRL 300 per month * Referral bonus: BRL 250 * Birthday day\-off **Work Model** * Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote * Employment options: CLT or PJ (benefits vary) Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
