Job Summary: The maintenance assistant plays a fundamental role in the restaurant, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, utensils, plumbing, and electrical systems. This role is critical to store operations, as the assistant is responsible for overall restaurant maintenance—performing preventive and corrective interventions on machinery and utensils, plumbing, and electrical systems. Responsibilities and Duties: Key activities include: * Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical panels, primary switchgear, electric power generators, uninterruptible power supplies [UPS], air conditioning equipment); * Mechanical and plumbing maintenance; * Performing painting, masonry, and furniture relocation tasks; * Overseeing third-party maintenance service providers. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in related tasks. * Flexible availability regarding working hours.
