**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree completed in Quality or related fields;
* Knowledge of ISO standards and APQP, MSA, SPC, and PPAP methodologies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support quality planning for new products and machinery according to the APQP methodology, ensuring execution of defined stages and deliverables;
* Support development and review of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and define acceptance criteria and inspection methods;
* Develop, review, and control quality documentation for new projects and machinery, including: Control plans, process flow diagrams, Inspection Templates (ITs), Process Qualifications (PQs), Methods, etc.;
* Participate in kick-off and planning meetings for new products;
* Ensure product and process qualification by coordinating dimensional, visual, and functional testing on initial samples, pilot lots, tryouts, and first production runs;
* Support Engineering and Production teams in root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities identified during development;
* Issue and track PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and sample approval reports with customers;
* Ensure lessons learned from previous projects are applied to new developments;
* Support supplier qualification when involving new materials, molds, or processes;
* Monitor new product performance indicators, such as initial approval rate, returns, and post-launch complaints;
* Conduct MSA, capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and approve measurement devices;
* Ensure definition of critical control points (CCPs, SPC, special characteristics);
* Ensure technical documentation for Quality Control of new items, molds, and machinery (Control Plans, ITs, devices, programs, registrations, training);
* Support sample management, standard renewal, NQA alignment, methods, and temporary releases;
* Ensure all customer methods are up-to-date, known, and practiced by the CQ team;
* Manage internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for products.

Salary: R$5.000,00 \- R$5.700,00 per month
