Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for managing, enhancing, and automating internal corporate system processes, with emphasis on **TOTVS Datasul ERP**, ensuring data integrity, SOx audit compliance, and operational efficiency. Acts as a technical reference for advanced support, improvement development, system integration, and process automation, ensuring business requirements are met accurately and promptly. Possesses strong expertise in **Progress language**, **Progress database**, and **APIs** for integration and process automation. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, configure, and fine-tune internal programs and modules in **Progress language** to optimize production, logistics, and commercial processes. * Automate workflows and system integrations—including **Salesforce and TOTVS Datasul**—using **APIs** and RPA automation. * Manage and correct business rules such as order allocation, FIFO criteria, tolerances, and special inventory controls. * Implement improvements related to billing, pre\-billing, waybills, shipments, labels, and material control, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements. * Monitor and manage data integrations, errors, and logs—particularly in SOx compliance and internal audit projects. * Develop auxiliary applications, automation scripts, and **APIs** to enhance operational efficiency across internal and external systems. * Provide advanced system user support—including access provisioning, configuration, and technical training. * Update and maintain **Progress** system and database versions, ensuring security, performance, and compatibility. * Design and manage strategic reports for commercial, production, PCP, and inventory departments, enabling rapid, data-driven decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology Management, or related fields. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in inventory management, logistics, and production planning. * Knowledge of tax regulations, fiscal rules, and tax parameterization. * Experience integrating systems via **APIs**, and developing auxiliary applications. * Ability to document processes, create automation scripts, and conduct system testing. **Skills and Competencies** * In-depth knowledge of **TOTVS Datasul ERP**, **Progress language**, and **Progress database**. * Experience in process automation, **APIs**, and enterprise system integration. * Understanding of industrial logistics, commercial, and production processes. * Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex system issues. * Familiarity with SOx ITGC audits and IT internal controls. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple business areas. **Additional Information** **We offer the following benefits:** * Free transportation allowance. * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR). * Unimed health plan for employees and dependents. * Dental plan for employees and dependents. * On-site cafeteria. * Life insurance. * Eyeglass lens reimbursement. * Maternity/paternity gift basket. * Wedding gift. * Recreational association. * Career development path.
