Job Summary: Industrial Process Analyst to optimize internal processes, focusing on operational efficiency and customer experience through continuous improvement and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with teams to innovate and solve production problems Identify, analyze, and implement innovative solutions to optimize internal processes, focusing on improving operational efficiency and customer experience. Map existing processes, explore new technologies, methodologies, and practices to drive improvements and innovations that contribute to organizational growth and competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Evaluate existing manufacturing processes—from raw material receipt to finished product delivery—identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. 2\. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow in production, including factory layout redesign and workstation reorganization. 3\. Define manufacturing routings and processes for items created by engineering, along with their respective operation times. 4\. Register new items in the ERP system following internal coding procedures. 5\. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement continuous process improvements using techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. 6\. Provide technical training and support to machine operators and production staff, ensuring understanding and adherence to established operating procedures. 8\. Investigate and resolve production issues—such as quality defects, raw material waste, or equipment failures—using root cause analysis tools. 9\. Research new product and process technologies aligned with Total Quality principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education (completed) or higher education (in progress or completed) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in process analysis within the metal-mechanical industry. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement techniques, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. Ability to manage process improvement projects from conception through implementation.
