Evaluate existing manufacturing processes—from raw material receipt through to finished product delivery—identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. 2\. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow in production, including factory layout redesign and workstation reorganization. 3\. Define manufacturing routings and processes for items developed by engineering, along with their respective operation times. 4\. Register new items in the ERP system following internal coding procedures. 5\. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement continuous process improvements using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. 6\. Provide technical training and support to machine operators and production staff, ensuring understanding and adherence to established operating procedures. 8\. Investigate and resolve production issues—including quality defects, raw material waste, or equipment failures—using root cause analysis tools. 9\. Research new product and process technologies in alignment with total quality principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education (completed) or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in process analysis within the metal-mechanical industry. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement techniques, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. Ability to manage process improvement projects from conception through implementation.
