Specialization in the field (Postgraduate or MBA in Finance). Proven experience in controller or finance roles in leadership positions. In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and budget planning. Advanced knowledge of financial management systems and data analysis software. Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
