Junior Quality Inspector

Description

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in the role to perform product inspection. A completed technical education is required, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, as well as availability to work during standard business hours. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Inspect, together with the production department, the proper operation of electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic instruments installed on vehicle bodies at various stages across the painting, finishing, electromechanical, and welding departments; * Operate at all quality inspection stations along the assembly line (product assembly, bodywork, painting, finishing, final release), being qualified to confirm product progression to subsequent stations; * Record occurrences and abnormalities; * Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing orders, monitoring various process phases and verifying the in-process product against its corresponding drawing, authorizing or rejecting continuation of production; * Identify any defects found on a given product using labels, reports, checklists, and other designated forms, informing all involved personnel, arranging for correction of said defects, and maintaining occurrence records; * Monitor practical sealing tests, vehicle rolling tests, and other necessary tests, confirming desired body characteristics at appropriate locations; * Validate corrections proposed/applied by the production department for detected deviations, thereby ensuring continuous flow of the production process; **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proven experience in the role; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting project technical drawings; * Completed technical or higher education; * Availability to work during standard business hours, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM; Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.800,00 - R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you reside in Joinville?
