Job Summary: Work in financial planning, budgetary control, and economic-financial performance analysis, ensuring visibility and support for business units. Key Highlights: 1. Work in financial planning, budgetary control, preparation of projections, and economic\-financial performance analysis, ensuring result visibility, budget compliance, information reliability, and continuous support to business units. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets (Budget) and forecasts; * Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. budget/forecast), identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions; * Lead the monthly Forecast process in the EPM system, including revenue, cost, and expense uploads, calibrations, and execution of necessary routines for P&L generation; * Ensure consistency of assumptions used in financial projections, validating data processed in systems and guaranteeing result quality; * Lead periodic meetings with business units to review expenditures, align assumptions, and refine projections; * Support Treasury in preparing and analyzing financial results, ensuring alignment among revenues, financial expenses, and cash movements; * Update and monitor supporting reports related to equity method accounting, ensuring accurate calculation and consistency of information; * Monitor working capital indicators and analyses, contributing to efficient financial resource management; * Develop and maintain managerial reports, dashboards, and financial KPIs; * Contribute to continuous improvement of FP\&A processes, controls, and tools; * Support enhancements and evolution of the EPM system, contributing to demand prioritization, testing, and implementation of solutions that increase process efficiency; * Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of financial information. * Act as a business partner, promoting financial literacy and cost awareness across business units. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in FP\&A, controllership, or finance-related areas. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. * Strong analytical skills and critical view of financial results. * Experience with managerial closing processes and P&L preparation. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and **SAP**. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. * Familiarity with financial planning systems (EPM or similar). * Knowledge of report automation. * Experience in complex corporate or multi-divisional environments. * Knowledge of working capital analysis. * Spanish. **Additional Information** **We care about our Feras’ well\-being and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Joinville). * Flexible Working Hours; * Meal Allowance; * Year-End Bonus; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual Bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health Programs.
