A growing brand with a human-centered, innovative, and merit-based environment. **Commercial Manager – Donna Conecta \| Joinville – SC** Donna Conecta is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) founded with a purpose: To deliver a human, transparent, and accessible telecommunications experience for everyone. It is part of Rede Donna Norma, a group operating 9 physical stores across Santa Catarina and serving thousands of loyal customers. We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator with a dominant and influential profile who lives and breathes sales, leadership, and results. **Key Responsibilities** Build a team of 9 sales representatives (1 per Donna Coisas e Tal store), ensuring performance and standardization of sales activities. Train, motivate, and hold the team accountable for results—keeping them engaged and aligned with clear goals. Design commercial campaigns and growth strategies to increase Donna Conecta activations across stores. Monitor sales KPIs and targets, focusing on performance and profitability. Support the team in using digital tools and CRM. **Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial management or sales coordination. * Experience in the telecom sector (e.g., TIM, Vivo, Claro, Correios Celular, or similar). * Hands-on leadership profile—energetic, influential, and goal-oriented. * Availability to work onsite in Joinville, including regular store visits. * Proficiency in CRM and performance tracking. * Personal vehicle (preferred) **Compensation** PJ contract Fixed salary \+ variable pay based on team sales (subject to target achievement) **Work Location** Joinville – SC Onsite work at Rede Donna Coisas e Tal stores and the main hub **(Loja Aventureiro)** Why Join Donna Conecta A nationally expanding brand with strong local presence.
