




We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Administrative Assistant Responsibilities * Preparation and completion of internal control spreadsheets; * Receiving materials, managing inventory, conducting stocktaking, dispatching and receiving documents; * Opening and tracking service requests and tickets with public utility providers, government agencies, notary offices, fire departments, and other municipal, state, and federal entities and authorities. * Coordination and control of property keys; control, dispatch, and * receipt of materials; * Preparation of electronic spreadsheets, electronic letters/texts, email access, * document filing, other administrative tasks requested by the Facility Manager (FM), and external services; Qualifications * Technical degree in Administration or related fields; * Experience in administrative routines; * Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related software; * Strong interpersonal skills across diverse departments, excellent communication, agility, resilience, and focus complete the desired profile.
