We currently have an opening for the position of **Compounding Attendant**, located in the **Centro** neighborhood of **Joinville/SC**. Apply now and keep your profile updated. \#ProudToBeClamed \#PeopleCaringForPeople\#JoinOurFormula **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person and online customer service, issuing quotations, entering prescriptions into the dedicated system, and handling resale products, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company service standards; * Enter prescribed formulations into the dedicated system, verifying prescription date, prescriber information, signature, dosage instructions, quantity, and patient details (phone number and address), updating records as needed; * Record withdrawal of compounded products in the dedicated system per SOP, ensuring traceability control; * Print and affix labels on compounded products, and apply additional labels according to each product’s specific requirements, guaranteeing all mandatory information as stipulated by RDC 67/07; * Verify and dispatch parcels, ensuring all compounded products listed on the delivery manifest reach the destination branch correctly, supporting inventory control and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma (in progress or completed); * Must be at least 18 years of age. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. **Benefits:** **Transportation Allowance** \- A benefit designed to facilitate employees’ commute to their workplace; **Meal/Voucher Allowance (Pluxee):** Monthly value of BRL 500.00, with a 20% payroll deduction.
