Skills: * Prior experience as a receptionist or in similar roles; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Advanced knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in office systems and software; * Ability to handle pressure situations and resolve problems efficiently; * Agility to multitask and manage a high volume of requests; * Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in task performance; * Courtesy and empathy when interacting with clients and visitors; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
