We are seeking a **Senior Internal Controls Analyst** to work in the **Joinville/SC** region. **Responsibilities and duties:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with investors and consultants, clarifying queries and facilitating interactions with internal company departments. - Organize, prepare, and submit accounting and financial documentation to fulfill investor requests. - Conduct financial and accounting analyses to support decision-making and respond to inquiries with sound technical grounding. - Prepare management reports, presentations, and other materials supporting stakeholder communication. - Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and propose action plans related to accounting and internal control processes. - Support the Internal Controls team in audits and follow-up on action plans. - Maintain ongoing interaction with operational and finance departments to ensure alignment and integration of information. - Support management in preparing reports for external audits and senior leadership. **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. - Prior experience in internal controls, auditing, or accounting. - Solid knowledge of accounting and finance principles. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for interpreting complex data and information. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. - Advanced Excel proficiency. **Preferred qualifications:** - Knowledge of SAP, BI tools, or experience in investor relations. **Additional information:** - Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. - Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). **What we offer:** - Transportation allowance or mobility assistance; - Meal or food voucher; - Health insurance; - Productivity bonus; - English courses; - Profit-sharing program; - Gympass; - Zenklub.
