Learn about the position and apply. \\ WHAT WE SEEK FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADER | OPEN FOR ALL OUR BRANCHES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quote and execute inbound and outbound foreign exchange transactions, foreign exchange futures, and NDFs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with client profiles; Negotiate spreads and operational terms with clients, ensuring profitability and excellence in service; Monitor the foreign exchange market, economic indicators, and global developments, focusing on identifying strategic opportunities for clients; Develop indicative quotes and customized strategies for prospects and recurring clients, with an emphasis on converting new business; Maintain active contact via WhatsApp, phone, and email with clients, advisors, and banks, ensuring responsiveness, closeness, and trust; Conduct structured follow-ups with clients and advisors, mapping requirements, deadlines, and closing opportunities; Produce and distribute market updates, opportunity briefings, and transaction simulations, aiming to attract new business and maintain engagement within the existing client base; Actively support the sales team in converting prospects and increasing penetration of the current portfolio. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience as a foreign exchange operator or foreign exchange trader, with practical knowledge of foreign exchange desk operations (mandatory); Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Analytical capability to monitor the foreign exchange market, economic indicators, and international developments; Strong verbal and written communication skills for direct interaction with clients, advisors, and financial institutions; Commercial and relational profile, focused on results and generating new business opportunities; Organizational skills, agility, and proactivity in conducting follow-ups and producing materials such as market updates and transaction simulations.
