




Job Summary: The ABecker Group is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety professional to develop and implement safety policies, conduct inspections, investigate accidents, and deliver training. We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, fostering a high-quality work environment. **Join our team!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement specific occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs; * Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and correct potential safety hazards; * Investigate occupational accidents and safety incidents, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures; * Coordinate and deliver occupational health and safety training to employees, contractors, and service providers, including specific Regulatory Standards (NRs) training; * Actively participate in preparing occupational health and safety reports, monitor medical examinations, and provide support in drafting and managing related documentation; * Stay updated on occupational health and safety regulations and ensure company compliance with all applicable legal standards; * Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to ensure projects and processes comply with safety standards; * Implement and supervise the proper distribution and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Actively participate in safety meetings and internal committees to discuss and resolve occupational health and safety issues. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, with active registration at the competent authority; * Proven prior experience in this role, preferably in the real estate or civil construction sector; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and labor legislation related to occupational health and safety, including experience delivering NR training; * Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing, presentations, and data analysis; * Familiarity with risk assessment tools and preparation of prevention plans (PCMSO, LTCAT, PGR); * Willingness to travel and work at various construction sites as required; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to different construction sites. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in subdivisions will be considered an advantage; * Specialized or continuing education courses in occupational health and safety-related fields. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ***This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).*** Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$3.500,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have a personal vehicle?
