We are seeking a Production Assistant for our Pomerode facility. This professional will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in manufacturing doors and windows, with the goal of growing into a Production Operator role in the future. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in operating machinery and equipment on the PVC and aluminum doors and windows production line. * Support production operators in monitoring and adjusting machine parameters to ensure product quality. * Perform inspection and quality control tasks under supervision, ensuring products meet Weiku standards. * Collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, learning from experienced operators. * Strictly adhere to company safety, health, and environmental regulations. * Actively participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications * Interest in learning and developing\-ing within the industrial production field. * Ability to work in a team and follow detailed instructions. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good physical stamina for tasks requiring effort. * Availability to work shifts, if required.
