Occupational Safety Technician

Description

Responsible for activities related to compliance with applicable Occupational Safety Regulatory Standards, safeguarding relevant legal aspects. Trains, guides, and monitors the implementation of guidelines established by the company's Health and Safety Policy, and contributes necessary innovations, grounded in legal requirements and company-endorsed directives for its operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing improvements and preventive measures; * Ensure compliance with current Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation; * Plan and conduct Emergency Brigade training; * Manage fire control and prevention; * Perform safety inspections and internal audits; * Manage PPEs, ensuring correct usage and meeting area-specific needs; * Support labor expert assessments and judicial proceedings; * Identify occupational hazards and collaborate in preparing technical reports (PPRA, LTCAT, Ergonomics, among others); * Manage programs such as PCMSO, CIPA, and SIPAT; * Prepare PPP and attend audits and inspections. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Experience in the Chemical Industry; * Driver's License Category B; * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. **Additional Information** What do we offer?
