We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support the execution of departmental operational routines, ensuring goal achievement, application of company-defined standards, and alignment of operations with strategic objectives; * Supervise product quality and expiration dates at all stages—from receipt to display—ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, implementation of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method, and availability of appropriate items for sale; * Assign tasks and responsibilities among team members, clearly defining roles and monitoring execution to ensure productivity and achievement of expected results; * Control departmental inventory and stock counts, actively participating in physical counts, supervising the FIFO method, and ensuring data accuracy to prevent losses and maintain proper merchandise flow; * Ensure correct execution by the team of pricing, labeling, and product display processes, verifying compliance with company commercial standards and guidelines; * Promote team development by organizing technical training on meat cutting, safe product handling, and customer service, providing continuous feedback to improve operational performance and preparing staff for specific tasks and future career opportunities; * Ensure, together with the team, correct execution of cutting standards, restocking, pricing, labeling, and weighing of products, performing daily checklists to confirm all processes comply with quality standards and company requirements; * Monitor and implement departmental loss control actions, analyzing breakage reports, identifying recurring causes, training staff, and applying practical solutions to reduce waste and optimize results; * Serve customers by clarifying questions about products, meat cuts, and preparation methods, delivering technical, personalized, high-quality service to foster customer loyalty and provide a differentiated shopping experience—adjusting departmental service strategies to meet specific retail and wholesale demands; * Supervise departmental operations—including shift scheduling, timekeeping, inventory, and product display—to accommodate customer traffic during routine and seasonal periods, ensuring compliance with HR policies and alignment with departmental needs; * Perform other related duties as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Knowledge or experience in the sector is considered an advantage. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health insurance; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * University tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program; * SESC membership; * Psychological support; * Telemedicine; * Shopping discounts.
