




Description: Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine; * Knowledge of quality standards (RDC 330, ISO 9001, ONA, Qualitotal, NR32). Desirable: * Proficiency in developing and analyzing performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and collaborative mindset; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Manage quality of laboratory processes and support for Imaging Diagnosis, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards (VISA, Qualitotal, ONA, etc.); * Monitor performance indicators, conduct critical analyses, and propose action plans aimed at continuous improvement; * Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols, focusing on patient safety and process traceability; * Conduct internal audits, support external inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans; * Control equipment calibration and maintenance records, ensuring measurement traceability; * Provide technical support to the multidisciplinary team, promoting training sessions and awareness campaigns on quality and biosafety; * Interface directly with Nursing, Clinical Engineering, Occupational Safety, and Human Resources departments; * Prepare management reports, compile data, and present performance and compliance results to management; * Participate in internal committees and meetings tracking institutional goals. 2512150202201866015
