With a focus on affordable pricing, the company aims to meet its customers' needs across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and inspect individuals exhibiting suspicious behavior indicative of theft or other offenses. Conduct patrols in designated areas to supervise, observe, and prevent losses while protecting company assets. Provide customer service upon request, assisting with queues, removing security tags, and verifying antenna integrity and functionality. Operate the store's CCTV system by recording footage and monitoring atypical situations within the workplace environment. Implement preventive measures to deter malicious actions, including conducting interventions to recover stolen merchandise. Maintain a clean and organized workplace by collecting shopping bags and hangers and delivering them to respective responsible areas. Supervise third-party services by mapping high-risk areas, monitoring and observing to prevent losses. Support store opening and closing procedures. Monitor merchandise receipt, cash register reconciliation, and truck inspections to verify potential losses. Perform other related duties as directed by superiors. Previous experience as a Store Security Guard, Loss Prevention Supervisor, Security Agent, or Asset Protection Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
