Develop and provide technical guidance to the finance team. We are seeking a Finance Controller professional with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to serve as the guardian of the company's financial health, supporting senior leadership decisions and strengthening governance and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. * Lead financial planning and budget review processes. * Design and monitor internal controls and financial policies. * Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis by business unit. * Act as a strategic partner to business units, translating numbers into decisions. * Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial stakeholders. * Develop and provide technical guidance to the finance team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in controlling or financial planning. * Strong accounting and financial expertise. * Experience with budget management and key performance indicators. * Analytical, structured profile with systemic vision. * Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively at the executive level. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies or recurring revenue service businesses. * Experience in establishing financial governance frameworks. * Experience in leading or coordinating a team.
