DOM Med Gestão em Medicina e Segurança do Trabalho, a company located in Joinville/SC with nationwide service coverage, is seeking a dynamic, organized professional with interest in directly supporting the administrative functions of the technical department. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide customer service and support via e\-mail and telephone; * Respond to and track technical requests while the team is conducting external visits; * Assist customers with questions and processes related to the technical area; * Organize information, documents, and follow\-ups in the system; * Support internal departments in handling administrative and operational requests; * Ensure agility, clarity, and quality in the service provided. **We are looking for someone who:** * Is communicative, proactive, and organized; * Has ease in interacting with customers and managing various daily situations; * Possesses a sense of priority and responsibility; * Is agile, eager to learn, and comfortable with technology and systems; * Enjoys teamwork and has strong adaptability skills. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of computer applications and systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Familiarity with administrative routines and/or occupational medicine is desirable.
