Opportunity for development in planning and leadership **(POSITION FOR A PARTNER COMPANY)** **SETRACAJO Union is only publishing this position on behalf of a local partner company located in Joinville \- SC.** Responsible for managing registrations, analyzing and monitoring driver records submitted by the team, ensuring proper execution of processes. Manages issuance and tracking processes and KPIs, guiding employees, delegating tasks, and making decisions to ensure operational efficiency. Manages and supports claims handling, monitoring related processes and providing support whenever necessary. Responsible for managing deliveries and customer information, including daily monitoring of vehicle scheduling and trip status. Directly manages customer service, training teams, monitoring satisfaction metrics, and taking swift action to resolve critical issues. Participates in planning people and process structures to support the company's sustainable growth. Manages teams in issuance and monitoring areas, promoting training, continuous capacity building, and feedback. Participates in recruitment interviews, contributing to building teams aligned with operational objectives. Executes and monitors freight quotations for both less-than-truckload (LTL) and dedicated transportation modes, negotiating with suppliers and partners to ensure competitiveness and efficiency. Also responsible for reverse logistics management, overseeing return processes and damage handling, including commercial disputes and missed deadlines.
