Position: **Fleet Inspector**
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor the usage and performance of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient and appropriate resource utilization;
* Conduct inspections and control mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and other relevant fleet-related information;
* Prepare managerial reports on fleet status, identifying improvement opportunities and corrective action proposals;
* Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance processes, ensuring fleet safety and operational readiness;
* Supervise the driver team, guiding them on fleet usage procedures and policies;
* Ensure compliance with fleet-related regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Driver's license category B;
* Knowledge of traffic legislation and fleet administration regulations;
* Communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills;
* Data analysis capability and managerial report writing ability;
* Computer literacy, including proficiency in electronic spreadsheets and fleet management systems.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Technical or higher education in administration, logistics, or related fields;
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair;
* Certifications related to fleet management and inspection;
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.400,00 per month
