Responsibilities: * Plan, monitor, and control project activities, maximizing the established cash flow while considering critical phase scheduling and ensuring sufficient continuity for project development, thereby optimizing the company’s resource utilization. * Ensure that the project adheres to recommended execution best practices and Luzville’s policies, monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization. * Monitor and control the project’s financial control activities, verifying project billing status, costs, margins, and liability limits. * Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage risks; ensure all opportunities are identified and addressed; capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the project. * Ensure formal project closure as contractually agreed, securing formal project acceptance, contract closure, and client acknowledgment. * Understand contractual terms as well as contractual impacts arising from changes and/or additions during project development and delivery, including alerts regarding risks of negative impact on financial margin, performance, and risk factors. * Ensure consistent application of contract and claims/demands management systems and standards throughout project execution, in compliance with Luzville’s policies and contractual agreements. * Ensure Luzville’s commitments to the client are fulfilled per established contracts, further seeking continuous improvement and enhanced client satisfaction and feedback through consistent interaction—including meetings, kick-offs, reviews, phone calls, email, and other channels. * Act proactively to meet customer expectations and ensure project development proceeds as planned, including agreement on deliverables and timely payments. * Serve as the key client contact and internal focal point for project-related issues, building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders—both internal and external—and communicating effectively with all parties involved. * Ensure project cost control and manage interferences affecting project development. * Report project progress to clients and other stakeholders with appropriate detail for understanding, highlighting relevant issues and necessary actions to achieve project objectives. * Negotiate project scope changes, including associated impacts, and pursue additional sales to improve margins and reduce risks.
