




Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering. * Postgraduate studies, MBA, or specialization in Strategic People Management, Project Management, or Process Management—currently enrolled or completed. * Experience in activities covering the Facilities scope, people management, process management applying continuous improvement, and interfacing with internal customers at all levels. * Experience in developing scopes for procurement and monitoring suppliers. * Experience in controlling and measuring contracted services, managing/monitoring projects and schedules. * Ability to control budgets and performance indicators. * Basic knowledge of asset security, building maintenance, and risk prevention to comply with applicable technical standards and regulations. * Advanced Office package skills. * Intermediate English and Spanish. Desirable Requirements: * SAP. * Control the contracted scope with suppliers, ensuring that Facilities services are delivered as agreed, including proper allocation of resources and full execution of activities stipulated in the contract. * Ensure measurement and monitoring of supplier performance, periodically verifying compliance with contractual obligations to apply potential deductions when necessary. * Coordinate process improvement initiatives, ensuring the team maintains a continuous focus on reducing extra costs and optimizing resources. * Organize the cost structure transparently to prioritize investments and preventive actions that support the business, avoiding financial losses and any type of exposure. * Interface with business units, maintaining an open communication channel to strengthen relationships with internal customers, align needs, and ensure agility in handling matters. 2512130202201884908
