Job Summary: Customer service and reception professional responsible for access control, mail registration, and communication with the public and internal team. Key Highlights: 1. Professional organization and demeanor **Work Schedule:** 12x36 **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** Joinville\-SC **Responsibilities:** Greet and receive visitors in person and/or by phone; Direct visitors according to requirements; Receive, register, and forward correspondence and packages; Control access to the premises, accurately recording entries and exits; Contact employees or residents by phone or radio whenever necessary; Immediately inform supervision of any irregular or security-standard-violating situations. **Requirements (Mandatory):** Completed high school education; Basic or intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and customer service systems); Previous experience in customer service; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organization, friendliness, and professional demeanor; Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting — preferred but not mandatory; Residence in the following areas: Industrial Zone North, Costa e Silva, Aventureiro, Vila Nova, etc. (North region). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Attendance Bonus Gym Assistance Life Insurance Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Salary: R$1\.544,82 \- R$2\.185,05 per month Benefits: * Dental Care * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Selection Question(s): * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting Experience: * Customer Service (Mandatory)
