Make and receive telephone calls; 4. Organize meetings at the Sales Center, as needed, arranging appropriate venues, necessary equipment, and coffee breaks; 5. Monitor and verify the Sales Center’s telephone bills, separating or grouping charges for calls made; 6. Monitor incoming and outgoing messages and forward them to the respective responsible parties; 7. Prepare simple tracking records or monthly expense reports, including administrative supplies, daily consumables, mobile phones, vehicles, Uber, and Alelo Alto usage; 8. Arrange repairs for furniture and equipment in the Sales Center’s administrative area by contacting required maintenance services; 9. Perform occasional typing tasks, document verification, support data entry into IFS, and registration for courses and seminars; 10. Perform occasional filing and photocopying tasks; 11. Receive, sort, and dispatch internal mail packets; 12.
