




Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of foods as assigned and under the supervision of the hierarchical superior, aiming to carry out the production process steps. Participation in menu planning meetings together with the responsible Nutritionist. 1\. Pre-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or diets; 2\. Organize the work station with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3\. Assemble and replenish food items; 4\. Ensure the presentation of the final product; 5\. Conduct tasting and approval of products (when responsible for the shift); 6\. Guarantee food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7\. Collect and label food samples; 8\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas; 9\. Ensure compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety standards during task execution, according to the Good Practices Manual; 10\. Perform related tasks; 11\.
