Job Summary: The Operations Assistant / Pending Issues tracks material damage, verifies surplus materials and informs other Units, and participates in the company's quality and SSMA activities. Participates in activities related to the quality and SSMA systems Transjoi Transportes has an opening for **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT / PENDING ISSUES** Responsibilities: * Tracks material damage processes, assigns appropriate disposition to damaged materials, and communicates replacement/refund timelines to customers; * Verifies material surplus at the company yard and informs other Units to check for material shortages, enabling proper redistribution; * Participates in and carries out activities related to the company's quality and SSMA systems. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics (completed or currently pursuing); * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Proficiency in computer applications.
