Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing masonry and various maintenance services in municipal schools and Early Childhood Education Centers (CEIs). Key Highlights: 1. Installation of doors and window frames **MAINTENANCE MASON.** **Location:** Schools and CEIs in Joinville / SC. **\+ 10 OPEN POSITIONS!** **Responsibilities:** Responsible for performing masonry work in municipal schools and CEIs, including foundation preparation, bricklaying, plastering, cladding, floor tiling (ceramic and quarry tiles), and installation of doors and window frames. Also performs various maintenance tasks as required at each location. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mason, recorded in the CTPS (Employment Record Book). **Compensation:** **Salary:** R$2463.80; **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 130.00 (after probation period: R$ 300.00\); Attendance bonus for correct time registration: R$ 60.00\.
