Feed management platform in real time, providing guidance to teams **About Us** Billor is building the largest Trucking Ecosystem in the United States, combining Freight and Technology for Truck Drivers, Freight Brokers, and Autonomous Trucks, creating higher efficiency, stronger margins, and a more connected supply chain. **About the role** The Fleet Maintenance assistant will be responsible for managing the PTI services with the drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related. **Responsibilities** * Manage the Pre\-Trip Inspection and Post\-Trip Inspection, guiding the driver to solve the reported problems and directing them to support. * Following the FMCSA score to check points of improvement to help the area and company oversee the evolution. * Report through the KPI's the coverage and response over the drivers and assets. * Feed the management platform in real time, providing guidance to dependent related teams. * Take care of the SLA and performance of individual trucks, generating reports. Requisitos: * Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish will be an advantage. * Studying technician or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering or similar. * Knowledge in the area of maintenance and trucks will be an advantage. * Availability and desire to learn. * Sense of urgency and problem solving. * Organized and focused.
