Job Summary: This professional will assist in the operation and maintenance of looms, ensuring textile production productivity and quality, with a focus on workplace organization and support for weavers. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in loom operation and production maintenance 2. Supporting weavers to ensure fabric productivity and quality 3. Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness Textile company located in the Boehmerwadt neighborhood Responsibilities: * Supplying looms with yarn cones. * Assisting with spool and material changes as needed. * Monitoring machine operation and notifying weavers in case of malfunctions. * Performing minor repairs on broken yarns (after training). * Removing and forwarding produced fabric. * Keeping the work area organized and clean. * Assisting with simple machine adjustments and preparing machines for production. * Supporting weavers to maintain fabric productivity and quality.
