Job Summary: A sales professional focused on customer service, prospecting, negotiation to offer solutions, and order follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining relationships with the customer portfolio * Serve customers via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and in person; * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions; * Prepare quotations and develop commercial proposals; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms; * Register orders in the system and monitor the process until delivery; * Prospect new customers and maintain relationships with the existing customer portfolio; * And other related duties. Requirements: * Technical education in sales or related fields; * Experience in industrial sales (electrical materials or construction materials); * Essential skill: negotiation.
