Cost optimization and operational efficiency in procurement **Position:** Purchaser **Main Responsibilities:** \- Manage the procurement process for industrial inputs, services, and other company requirements, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and optimal cost\-benefit ratio; \- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms, quality, and delivery schedules; \- Develop and maintain strategic supplier partnerships, promoting continuous improvement and competitiveness; \- Analyze internal demands and align priorities with respective departments, supporting business strategy; \- Monitor procurement KPIs to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency; \- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements; \- Support process improvement initiatives and strengthen governance within the Procurement area. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; \- Prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain; \- Experience in supplier negotiation and development; \- Intermediate Excel proficiency; \- Strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and results orientation; \- Organizational skills, proactivity, and effective interpersonal communication; \- Ethics, accountability, and strategic vision. **What We Offer:** \- Unimed health insurance plan; \- On\-site company cafeteria; \- Transportation allowance; \- Education assistance; \- Life insurance; \- Pharmacy benefits program; \- TotalPass; \- Parking.
