




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Saturday) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured – CLT labor code Responsible for verifying prescriptions, clarifying doubts, leading the team, managing processes and inventory, advising customers and staff on medications, ensuring compliance with current legislation, executing and supervising all stages of the pharmaceutical compounding process, guaranteeing adherence to Good Compounding Practices (GCP), monitoring and validating procedures for weighing, encapsulation, filling, labeling, and final quality control of formulations, performing and/or supervising physical-chemical and microbiological quality control activities where applicable, managing expiration dates, storage, and usage of raw materials and supplies, among other duties. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Computer literacy, including intermediate-level Word and Excel skills involving tables, formulas, and charts. Knowledge of pharmaceutics, quality control, sanitary legislation, and GCP. Skills in interpreting prescriptions and assessing pharmaceutical compatibility. Knowledge of compounding solids, semisolids, liquids, and sterile preparations (where applicable). Proficiency in SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and sanitary regulations.
