Job Summary: The oncology pharmacist manages the patient's treatment from protocol and prescription analysis through antineoplastic drug compounding, ensuring clinical safety and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of the patient's oncological treatment 2. Handling of antineoplastic drugs and clinical safety 3. Inventory control and multidisciplinary integration **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 1:15 PM to 7:30 PM (with a 15-minute break); and 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) on Saturdays or Sundays, as scheduled. **Main Responsibilities:** The oncology pharmacist manages the patient's treatment from protocol and prescription analysis through antineoplastic drug compounding and hazardous waste disposal. Clinical safety is ensured via medication reconciliation and guidance to caregivers, while inventory, restocking, and system registration are managed. Additionally, audits are conducted, high-cost medications are monitored, epidemiological surveillance requirements are fulfilled, and multidisciplinary teams and administrative routines are integrated. **Requirements:** Pharmacy degree; postgraduate specialization in oncology pharmacy is preferred, along with relevant experience. **Salary:** To be discussed during the interview. **Benefits:** We offer an on-site cafeteria, attendance bonus, transportation voucher, and parking (limited availability).
