The company is currently strengthening its sales channels and customer relationships, focusing on sustainable growth, customer retention, and improved performance of its customer base. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and monitor B2B CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications) * Segment the customer database based on profile, behavior, and funnel stage * Design and manage automated customer journeys (nurturing, repurchase, reactivation, and post-sales) * Ensure data organization, consistency, and quality across the database * Monitor CRM KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, repurchase rate, and retention rate) * Prepare reports with analyses and practical recommendations * Support Marketing and Sales teams with behavioral insights and opportunity identification * Propose continuous improvements in segmentation, communication, and customer journeys ✅ **Requirements** * Experience with B2B CRM and multichannel campaigns * Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer journey management * Analytical profile with focus on data and performance * Experience with tools such as Insider, Salesforce, RD Station, Emarsys, or similar platforms * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally * **Differentiators** * Experience in industrial settings or structured B2B operations * Experience integrating CRM systems with sales teams * Knowledge of retention strategies and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) **What We’re Looking For** A professional with strategic vision, owner mindset, and the ability to translate data into actions that directly impact business results.
