JOIN US AND GROW! **Responsibilities and Duties** Our Concrete Operations Supervisor will have the following responsibilities and duties: * Ensure concrete plant processes and continuous operation in accordance with quality standards; * Procure maintenance materials and all materials used for concrete mixing, manage physical inventory, and issue reports; * Control and ensure maintenance of the truck fleet and plant (cleaning, appearance, maintenance); * Visit construction sites to address on-site issues when necessary; * Monitor the team’s daily overtime schedule; * Monitor the daily production schedule, ensuring resource allocation to meet planned production delivery; * Schedule preventive shutdowns, communicate them to all stakeholders, and monitor activity execution; * Request staff hiring in advance to maintain all processes aligned with market demands; * Schedule team vacations while considering productive demand related to humidity; * Monitor requirements needing external hiring, inform management, and facilitate service execution; * Track team indicators and resources such as costs, budget, departmental or business targets, individual targets, working hours, person-hours/training, idle time, administrative hours, productive hours, vacation days, efficiency, and others, ensuring optimal effectiveness; * Allocate personnel and material resources to optimize cost, timeline, and quality; * Monitor implementation of action plans to achieve departmental objectives and targets; * Contribute to departmental budget preparation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * ERP experience; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in the concrete industry. **Additional Information** Benefits that make a difference: Meal Allowance On-site Meal Transportation Allowance Health Insurance – nationwide coverage Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Life Insurance TotalPass – gyms and wellness for you and your dependents Childcare Assistance Profit Sharing Program (PPR) Founded in 2003 in Pomerode/SC, one of the leading companies in the southern region of Brazil, Supremo Secil Cimentos is part of Molins, a global leader in innovative and sustainable construction solutions, driving carbon neutrality and the circular economy.
