We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the immediate supervisor in planning and executing operational routines, ensuring established goals and deadlines are met to guarantee process efficiency and alignment of activities with the company’s strategic objectives; * Inspect organization and preservation conditions of areas, climate-controlled chambers, and department equipment, reporting maintenance needs or adjustments to contribute to a functional and safe environment; * Assist in inventory and product shelf-life control, monitoring storage practices, implementation of the PVPS method, and proper product display to prevent waste and ensure merchandise availability; * Ensure inspection and replacement of displayed products exhibiting abnormalities regarding preservation condition or expiration date, guaranteeing food quality and safety; * Perform loss prevention and control activities, assessing at-risk products, proposing preventive actions, and monitoring operational processes to reduce waste and maximize departmental results; * Monitor restocking and organization of products on shelves and refrigerated counters, ensuring proper labeling with price tags, tare, and expiration dates per defined layout, to guarantee attractive product display and compliance with internal standards; * Monitor temperatures of climate-controlled areas and equipment, flagging irregularities and reporting the need for adjustments or maintenance to ensure appropriate storage and product preservation conditions; * Actively participate in receiving goods inspections, verifying physical condition, invoices, and order compliance to ensure sector quality and organization; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * College tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service bonus; * Professional advancement opportunities; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
