We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Support the immediate supervisor in planning and executing operational routines, ensuring established goals and deadlines are met to guarantee process efficiency and alignment of activities with the company's strategic objectives; * Inspect the organization and preservation of areas, climate-controlled chambers, and sector equipment, reporting maintenance or adjustment needs to contribute to a functional and safe environment; * Assist in inventory and product expiry date control, monitoring storage, application of the PVPS method, and proper display to prevent waste and ensure product availability; * Guarantee inspection and replacement of displayed products exhibiting abnormalities regarding preservation condition or expiry date, ensuring food quality and safety; * Carry out loss prevention and control activities, assessing at-risk products, proposing preventive actions, and monitoring operational processes to reduce waste and maximize departmental results; * Monitor restocking and organization of products on shelves and refrigerated counters, ensuring proper identification with price tags, tare labels, and expiry dates according to the defined layout to ensure attractive display and compliance with internal standards; * Monitor temperatures of climate-controlled areas and equipment, flagging irregularities and reporting the need for adjustments or maintenance to ensure appropriate storage and product preservation conditions; * Actively participate in receiving goods inspections, verifying condition, invoices, and order compliance to ensure sector quality and organization; * Perform other related tasks as needed or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * University scholarship; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
