By performing your duties, you will be supporting dōTERRA’s pursuit of excellence in producing natural wellness solutions. Your dedication to ensuring material quality and process precision directly contributes to empowering communities and delivering the transformative benefits of essential oils to people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate machines: filler, capper, labeler, and printer (Videojet); * Train assistants and new operators; * Clean machines and components, and maintain the work area and its surroundings (floors, tools, machines, and components) organized according to 5S standards; * Notify Maintenance for more complex repairs and Logistics for raw material and finished product supply/re-supply; * Receive production scheduling, anticipate input requirements, and perform machine setups to meet the sequence defined by PCP; * Perform setups on filler, capper, labeler, and printer machines; * Move packaging materials, raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished products; * Ensure quality of in-process and finished products; * Disassemble components; * Store and clean components according to standard procedures; * Know quality standards and perform process controls per standard procedures; * Attend weekly production meetings; * Collect waste and dispose of it properly in designated containers; * Consistently follow all occupational health and safety policies and procedures; * Conduct line releases (machines and filling rooms) together with Quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Chemistry, Quality, Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months’ experience as Production Assistant I or 1 year in production/industrial settings operating machinery; * Flexibility regarding work hours; * Basic Office package (Excel) preferred; **Additional Information** Work Location: Joinville / SC dōTERRA was founded in 2008 with an ambitious goal: to change the world—one drop, one person, one community at a time.
