Job Summary: Operate a roll forming machine to shape structural metal profiles, performing adjustments, monitoring production, and ensuring part quality. Key Highlights: 1. Basic maintenance and workplace organization * Operate a roll forming machine to shape structural metal profiles according to production orders. * Prepare the machine by performing adjustments, calibrations, raw material feeding, and tool/roller setup. * Monitor the production process to ensure dimensional accuracy, thicknesses, and technical specifications. * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on produced parts, identify defects, and adjust parameters as needed. * Record production output, manage batch tracking, and complete quality reports. * Assist with basic preventive maintenance of the machine and report anomalies to the maintenance department. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in compliance with safety regulations.
