




Job Summary: Optimize logistics processes—from transportation and warehousing to distribution—with a focus on cost efficiency and continuous improvement of service levels. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the efficiency and continuity of logistics processes, guaranteeing execution of transportation, warehousing, and material distribution—with emphasis on cost optimization, meeting production demands, and continuous improvement of performance indicators and service levels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Route planning and control: Execute cargo route planning considering cost and service level optimization. * Road transportation management and contracting: Manage freight logistics and monitor suppliers to ensure transportation efficiency and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * KPI monitoring and analysis: Develop and track performance indicators such as cost per ton, service level, and logistics savings. * Preparation of managerial reports and improvements: Create analytical reports to support decision-making and implement logistics optimization initiatives. * Project management and continuous improvement: Apply methodologies to analyze causes of extraordinary costs, optimize logistics processes, and reduce expenses. * Digital Carrier Management: Supervise digital transportation platforms, manage freight expenses, monitor opportunities to maximize capacity utilization and operational efficiency, and evaluate specialized service projects for residential and commercial segment customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Transportation Engineering. * Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation. * ERP system expertise for logistics operations (SAP preferred). * Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Prior experience in logistics operations, especially in road transportation and cargo handling. **Additional Information** **We care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) * Flexible working hours; * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
