Job Summary: The professional will work in Internal Audit, leading the technical team to ensure the effectiveness of institutional controls and support senior management in risk mitigation and strengthening corporate governance. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the technical team in internal audits focused on corporate governance. 2. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of internal controls, recommending improvements. 3. Monitor the implementation of recommendations from previous audits. The role is in the Internal Audit area, conducting internal audits with a focus on corporate governance, leading the technical team to ensure the effectiveness of institutional controls, tracking prior audit recommendations, and supporting senior management in risk mitigation and strengthening governance mechanisms. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * Execute complete audit cycles in accordance with established standards, including risk analysis, control testing, and evaluation of operational, financial, compliance, and IT processes; * Assess the effectiveness and adherence of existing internal controls, reporting deficiencies, risks, and recommending improvements; * Monitor the implementation of recommendations from previous audits, validating resolution of non-conformities; * Provide technical support and guidance to audited areas without performing executive functions; **Requirements to Apply:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in Auditing (Internal or External), Internal Controls, or Compliance; * Knowledge of SAP; * Availability to work in Joinville \- SC.
