Act as a bridge between operations, transportation, and other departments We are seeking a Shipping Team Leader to work in an e\-commerce operation, responsible for ensuring smooth shipping and order dispatch processes, while guaranteeing deadlines, quality, and operational productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and develop the shipping team, ensuring organization and high performance * Monitor and coordinate pickups with carriers, ensuring adherence to schedules and volume requirements * Resolve operational issues related to pickups, delays, discrepancies, and returns * Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (productivity, SLA, errors, delays, rework) * Ensure proper order sorting, picking, and verification processes * Supervise the creation of manifests, shipping labels, and dispatch documentation * Ensure orders are shipped within established deadlines * Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to logistics processes * Maintain department organization, workflow control, and compliance with operational standards * Act as a bridge between operations, transportation, and other company departments **Requirements:** * Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or e\-commerce * Experience leading teams * Knowledge of picking, packing, sorting, and transportation processes * Experience monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) * Proactive, organized profile with strong problem-solving skills * Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.195,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
