Join our team! **Job Description*** Support technical analysis of documents submitted by customers, under team guidance; * Assist in initiating and tracking internal requests (e.g., sample collections, tests, and other demands), in accordance with procedures and technical documentation; * Provide customer contact support (email, phone, WhatsApp) for process status updates and requesting information or documents; * Contribute to updating internal controls and systems, following departmental procedures. **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical|Electronic|Mechatronic Engineering; * Residing in and having easy access to the Joinville/SC region; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * English proficiency for reading documents/systems is considered a plus. **Additional Information** **PROFILE:** * Organization * Effective Communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Planning * Adaptability * Strong Written Communication
