We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant who wants to grow with us, ensuring our facilities have the necessary resources to deliver excellence in service. You will be the essential support for our supply chain, participating in all stages from internal needs assessment through to purchase completion, always prioritizing optimal cost-effectiveness and Group-wide operational efficiency. **Your Key Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations, compare budgets, and procure materials, equipment, and services. * Assess departmental requirements and track orders through to final delivery. * Support negotiations with suppliers to secure improved commercial terms and delivery timelines. * Enter purchase orders into the ERP system, maintain up-to-date supplier records, and organize documents and contracts. * Assist in preparing performance indicator reports and ensure inventory/asset control. **Required Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative routines or procurement/supply chain processes. * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially **Intermediate Excel**. * Strong organizational skills, effective communication for negotiation, and agility. **What We Offer** * Career opportunity at an industry-leading company. * Environment of continuous learning.
